THE ASK
Northeast Indiana Talent Attractions, Inc. (NEITA) was established in 2018 when Lynn Reecer, founder, saw the need for higher-end recruitment and concierge services to help major regional companies acquire top-tier, out-of-town candidates. When NEITA turned to Creative Cat in 2019, the company was fully operating in its first year and experiencing immediate success. Seeking to take things to the next level and achieve their expansion goals, the company’s leaders Lynn Reecer and Karen McMahon, sought strategic positioning and supportive marketing material to capture partnership opportunities with Northeast Indiana’s largest, most reputable companies.
THE WORK
Creative Cat completed a comprehensive brand development package for NEITA through a 12-month process. The project started at the foundation: taking NEITA’s leadership team through a series of discovery sessions to unearth the company’s unique value propositions, ultimately revealing strategic positioning and brand communication, and ended with an expansive package of brand-driven marketing materials to equip the team with compelling marketing material for capturing growth opportunities.
