Triton Metal Products approached Creative Cat in 2018 when the company was struggling to take on business opportunities due to recruitment challenges. After a 16-month recruitment campaign, immediate hiring needs were filled, a consistent candidate funnel was built as a result, and the company was able to capture the opportunities presented prior to the campaign. With an adequate production team and expanded capacity, Triton turned to Creative Cat to build brand awareness in the OEM market in their geographical bandwidth.
In 2019 Creative cat completed a brand awareness campaign and launched a series of digital advertising and brand-driven content via social media. In addition, a comprehensive set of marketing material was created for sales support and customer touchpoint enhancement. Today, the partnership continues as Creative Cat leads Triton down the path to creating sales strategies woven into longer-term marketing plans.
