Triton Metal Products approached Creative Cat in 2018 when the company was struggling to take on growth opportunities due to production employee turnover and recruitment challenges. Prior to the reach out the company underwent an extensive brand development. With that, Triton leaders were determined to not only hire the right, on-brand candidates, but to also instill the soul of the brand into the culture to create a happier, more loyal, and more productive workforce to ultimately reduce turnover, and improve production efficiency and quality across the board.
To further deliver on our digital strategy with Triton, Creative Cat conducted strategy for a social media advertising campaign aiming to pair show-stopping visuals with brand-driven messages to resonate with ideal candidates. A streamlined conversion process was built to drive traffic from the social ads to a quick-apply landing page. As of 2022, more than 10 campaigns have been released to continue building a consistent funnel of candidates for Triton; over time, this allowed the company to gain a competitive hiring edge in all economic climates and labor markets.
