The partnership began in 2018 with design support for Trusted’s recently completed brand development. In 2019, after launching a new image, website, and sales material, Trusted was ready to grow but faced difficulty taking on opportunities because of production staffing challenges and turned to Creative Cat for recruitment campaigning.
Focusing first on the messaging strategy, Creative Cat interviewed production workers to uncover the value of working at Trusted. Consistently, workers spoke about the laid-back culture and family-like leadership. In addition, regular bonuses, career advancement training, and benefits were major re-occurring responses woven into the campaign messaging. Since launching the initial campaign in 2019, Creative Cat has continually worked with Trusted to launch ongoing recruitment initiatives, online and offline, to help the company build employer brand awareness. Together, these initiatives work toward creating a consistent candidate funnel.
